Capturing Reality: The Art of Documentary is an engaging look at the documentary filmmaker's journey through the eyes of some of its greatest practitioners including Errol Morris, Michel Brault, Alanis Obomsawin, Werner Herzog, Kim Longinotto and Hubert Sauper.

Screening followed by a Q&A with the film's director, Pepita Ferrari, producer Michelle Van Beusekom and two of Capturing Reality's interview subjects - Jennifer Baichwal (director, Act of God) and Velcrow Ripper (director, Fierce Light: When Spirit Meets Action). Moderated by executive producer Silva Basmajian.

Screening followed by two focus group discussions: Why People Talk to Cameras and Collaboration in Documentary. Special guests include filmmaker Pepita Ferrari, producer Michelle Van Beusekom and filmmaker Velcrow Ripper.
